Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (at least 2 years PQE). As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for acting on behalf of lenders and handling all aspects of real estate finance transactions including short-term and development finance.

Qualifications

  • A qualified solicitor (at least 2 years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in handling real estate finance transactions
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
